Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget a wide variety of construction projects, schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes, including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors, such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical, oversee the performance of all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment, worker safety and productivity, and the quality of the construction.

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 Years experience/ Diploma with 8 Years experience

Responsible for execution of project as per schedule and working drawings, supervision of day to day activity, monitoring men and material resources. Ensuring the accuracy of calculations, takes responsibility for security, health and safety.

Engineer - Planning & Control

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 Years experience/ Diploma with 8 Years experience

The job responsibility is preparation of project schedule with respect to Time, Cost & Resources, Preparation of MIS Reports, Budgeting and Tracking of Progress.

Manager - Finishes (1 No)

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 Years experience/ Diploma with 8 Years experience

The Candidate is responsible for Implementing quality assurance / quality control procedures and establishing schedules for on-site activities and performing inspection functions from initial stage to finishing. The candidate should have Knowledge of relevant BIS Codes for quality inspection of materials.

Electrical Engineer (1 No)

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5 Years experience/ Diploma with 8 Years experience

Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards, Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution, coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups, Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

Estimation Engineers (2 Nos)

Diploma with 5 Years experience (females preferred)

Prepare various estimates and rate analysis of residential and commercial buildings, Tenders, Measurement Book, Cost Abstract, Labour and Contractor’s Bill and other site management documents.

Junior architect (1 No)

Diploma in Architecture with 5 Years experience

Shall work under the supervision of a senior architect and is associated with all or any of the functions of an architect. Knowledge of building codes and laws, building materials and their sources, market information and drafting software is needed.  

Purchase Assistant (1 No)

Any Graduate with relevant experience in the same field

Shall deal with Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, Quotation,Vendor developments, Prepare PO and Email the same, Shall track pending orders & do necessary follow up, Prepare MIS & various reports and able to do proper documentation and follow ups with all parties.

Accounts/Finance Manager (1)

CA / ICWA with 8 years Experience

Shall deals all Finalization including all Statutory /E- Returns/ E- Filing.  

Accounts Assist (1 No)

B Com / M Com

Shall do all Accounts entries, Cash dealings
